Harvey is a former member of the 82nd Abn Div. as well as the 11th Special Forces (USAR).

He is a National Registry Paramedic and Registered Nurse with more than 38 years of emergency care experience.

Since 2003 he has worked as a private security contractor in both Iraq and Haiti, providing both armed security and tactical medical support for VIP protection teams as mandated by the Department of State.

He is now bringing his skills and experience to the civilian market with the affordable, no-nonsense firearm / medical training classes.

This class will provide you with the information and the required certificate of safety to apply for your FLORIDA CONCEALED WEAPONS permit. Class content includes weapon safety, proper marksmanship techniques, rules and regulations regarding carrying a concealed weapon as well as holster and ammunition choices. 9.) NRA Course "Refuse To Be A Victim"

1.) Basic Pistol/Rifle Course

This course is designed with the new gun owner (or potential gun owner) in mind. I will teach you how to safely handle your weapon as well as proper cleaing and storage techniques. You will learn the basics of proper marksmanship: Stance, grip, sight picture, trigger control and follow through. Plus you'll learn how to properly choose the right weapon for your individual use. 6.) Battlefield Review "Turnkey"

This offering gives anyone the change to handle and fire the greatest military battle rifles from various countries and time eras from World War I to present day! Weapons and ammunition provided, including M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, 1903 Springfield, M1A1 Springfield, AR15, the Winchester 1897 12 ga "Trench Broom" shotgun, British .303 Enfield, Soviet Mosin Nagant, AK-47, PPSH43c, Romanian Dragunov, the SKS Carbine and the German 98K Mauser. 3.) Intermediate Pistol Class

For the student who already has a good foundations of shooting skills. In this course I teach many of the skills that were incorporated into my work of providing VIP/Diplomatic Security in the Middle East. These include (but not limited to) Fine tuning of basic skills, proper concealment technique, engaging multiple targets, shoo/no shoot drills, point shooting, combat/tactical reloading. 7.) Rifle/Carbine/Shotgun "Turnkey"

Covering various weapons that may be used for a variety of needs, this class will handle and shoot various makes of tactical rifles, carbines and shotguns that have been customized with various type sights: Aim Point, Eotech, Laser and Iron Sights. This is a basic entry level class. Students will fire approximately 300 rounds of various ammunition which is included in the course fee. COURSE FEE: $200 See Next Scheduled Course

4.) Civilian Trauma Medicine

Designed to teach the studnet life saving skills that emcompass the type of injuries that may be encountered in everyday street crime or assault. (Gun shot / stab wounds) , you'll learn how to save your liefe or that of a loved one with these low tech no-nonsense skills! (Please note: this class is not for the squeamish or faint of heart.) 5.) Precision Rifle "Turnkey"

This course is designed for those wishing to learn the basics of using a military type 'Mil-Dot' rifle scope and accompanying precision rifle. In the classroom portion the student will learn how to use this scope to its full potential. Basic bullet ballistics, proper use of scope adjustmnets for different environmental conditions, impac adjustments, range determination and proper use of a "Range Ballistics Card". Students will have the opportunity to fire both a .223 and .308 precision rifle. As a bonus, there will be the ability to fire two Russian Military Precision rifles. 8.) Firearms Owner Safety Seminar

This course is a community awareness seminar on gun owner or prospective gun owner safety and responsibility. Covers firearm safety in the home, licensure requirements for Florida Concealed Weapons Permit, liability and responsibility of weapon ownership Course concludes with a question and answer format.
